What do I do if the client has not received their gift?

1. Contact Bespokely at info@thegiftvault1974.com

2. Share the order number with them.

3. They will assist you to remediate any challenges.

How do I know if a gift is delivered?

1. The courier company will send you three standard tracking emails.

(1) is we have been notified your parcel is ready (2) the item is going out for delivery with the driver (3) rate your delivery.

In the event a delivery has not been completed, you will receive another tracking email to show another attempt will be done.

At this stage, please check the address & details are correct to ensure the gift is not returned to sender.

Can I use my personal card to purchase items?

1. Yes you can if the item is for your personal use.

2. Simply indicate card at checkout.
